Welcome to OutGrind. By creating an account or using the OutGrind mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
OutGrind is a skill-based fitness accountability platform. Users voluntarily commit a monetary stake to a fitness challenge ("League") with defined workout frequency goals. The outcome is determined entirely by each participant's own physical effort — not by chance, luck, or random outcome. OutGrind is not a gambling, wagering, lottery, or gaming service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use OutGrind. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Joining: When you join a League, you commit a stake amount. Your payment method is authorized but not charged until the League activates.
Activation: If a League fails to activate, your authorization is released and no charge occurs.
Settlement: At the end of a League, stakes are redistributed based on each participant's verified workout adherence. Members who met their goals receive a proportional share of the total pool.
Wallet: Earnings are credited to your OutGrind wallet. You may use wallet funds to join future Leagues or cash out via Stripe Connect.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. OutGrind may charge a platform fee on League settlements, disclosed before you join. Refunds are only issued for system errors or technical failures.
Workouts are verified using location-based check-in at a registered gym. Any attempt to falsify workout data constitutes fraud and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You agree not to: create multiple accounts; falsify data; exploit bugs; collude with other participants; use the App for illegal activity; harass other users; or reverse-engineer the App.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
OutGrind's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in a class action.
